Hey Folks,

Here we have a bit of retro goodness based upon my love of Old Time Radio classics. This design work was based upon the story "The Potters of Firsk" by Jack Vance in 1950. His story was dramatized on the radio for the program "Dimension X"

"From the American radio series Dimension X, this is one of the very few dramatizations of a story by Jack Vance, one of my favorite authors. Vance, if you don't know his work, took the colorful fantasy heroics of Edgar Rice Burroughs and adapted them for the post-war pulp magazine era. He writes with great wit and cool irony, and his heroes are often ruthless, adaptable men who see through absurd institutions and tackle supposedly insoluble mysteries."

Hey Folks!

Here I find myself at the end of the road on my current animation design gig: Murder Police. As Friday was the last day our team of character designers shall convene all together here on Murder police, I wanted to do a sketch for each of my cohorts! It was great to work with you folks!

The first is for my good Captain, Devin Roth, A man of great talent and imagination and a love of Burgers.

The second is for Ken Perkins, my fellow Murder Police character designer Ken Perkins, A man of great talent and imagination and musical skill.

The third is for Deanna Asato, a grand and fearsome coordinator whose efforts made our job a much easier thing to do!

And the fourth is for Dave Otterby, also a fine coordinator with a near encyclopedic knowledge of comics!

A great team to have been a part of! Thank you folks!!!

Portfolio Work: Ben 10 Omniverse - Captain Kork Development

Hey Folks!

Since my stint on the original Ben 10 show, I have had the great pleasure to do freelance design on the newer Ben 10 shows. Here is some of the work that I did while developing the character Captain Kork as a freelance designer for the Cartoon Network Studios program "Ben 10 Omniverse". He appeared in the 13th episode, "Gone Fishin'" which aired on December 8, 2012 . I generated many possible ideas for Captan Kork and here a few of them.
